Last night I was able to play fine, and have been able to since day 1. Today i tried to login and get the err=5. It's like I just can't login to the login server itself. I don't get the little text box to the right of the login menu and it won't connect at all.
Although, after uninstalling the game and downloading the client, the game will download content. I can see it downloading content at the upper right hand side of the screen (lightning bolt).
The thing is, on my other PC in the living room, the game connects fine. I'm not sure what the problem is.

So I purchased this one and its nice however. Guild Wars doesn't allow me to connect and this is an offical release. LIKE WTF. SERIOLSY I NEED TO PLAY HEHEHEHHELLLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went for another version of Wireless Router that got rave reviews and did exactly what it was said to have done, gave me constant connections and I was even able to use my laptop out in the garden at full speed without a hitch, and this was going through several Brick walls and windows to get the signal to me.
Go check this website http://www.kcorplifestyle.com/ The one I bought was the Gold Version of the WIreless Router.
I have still yet to try it for gaming and the following is the reason why, but for everything else, this router has been fantastic.
All I can say is, don't rely on Wireless Routers and Modems for your gaming needs. They are not the best to use, as even just one slight bump in the signal and your game connection will drop. As we all know, Wireless does have the odd link drop as opposed to Full Cable Connect speeds.
With general internet use, they are fine as the odd disconnect will hardly notice while browsing the web, but it's different ball game with downloads and gaming as they need constant connection to the internet to keep on working.
So, if any of you are using Wireless connections for internet, I would seriously check out your modem and hook it up by cable if you can, or buy a new Cat5(Ethernet Cable) router and hook your PC up directly.
With other people with connection problems, check out your firewalls. IF they look as though they should be connecting ok, and ports are forwarded etc, then maybe a full uninstall of the Firewall software is in order to clear out any corrupt files that may be causing disconnects to occur.
I've seen several posts here where the Firewall has been the problem and an uninstall and reinstall of the Firewall has solved there problem.
With regards to my Kcorp Router, I will have to test this out with Guild Wars and see how good it is at gaming on an intense game. I will post back here in a few days once I have been able to test it out.
